Statkraft inaugurates the completion of Replacement Apartments in Banja HPP area
16 Replacement apartments have been constructed in a building in the town of Gramsh in benefit to project affected households in Banja HPP area
The Replacement apartments were constructed in support of the households impacted due to the construction of Banjë HPP in the villages of Drizë and Cingar i Poshtëm, Gramsh Municipality that did not benefit initially from the Resettlement program for the Banja HPP impacts.
This project was financed by Devoll Hydropower Sh.A. / Statkraft and with the contribution of the beneficiaries.
The project was implemented as a cooperation between Statkraft, Gramsh Municipality and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy.
The inauguration took place on Friday, 23rd of November, in presence of Statkraft EVP International Power Jürgen Tzschoppe, Albanian Energy Minister Mr. Damian Gjiknuri and Gramsh Mayor Mrs. Luljeta Dollani.
