Conditions for offers:

• Offers below the reference value shall not be accepted
• Price should be given in Albanian Lek
• The offer should be specified for each item (not lump sum) by specifying the asset number for which you are offering.

Devoll Hydropower Sh.A. does not give any warranty for the items that you purchase. They are sold as is – in current condition. The items cannot be reimbursed or returned.

The bidders may be private physical or juridical persons (not state institutions).

Visit:

• Interested parties may see the cars at Devoll Hydropower Sh.A. offices near Banja HPP (address: fshati Shtëpanj, Nj.A. Gostimë, Bashkia Cërrik, Elbasan) on 2 and 3 September at the time between 10:00 to 13:00.

Evaluation:

• The evaluation shall be done based on higher offer/price for each item
